My favorite pasta! :)
Cook whole wheat pasta until tender.
While that is cooking, pour a tblspn or two of olive oil into a pan. Let that heat up on medium heat, then add spinach and halved grape tomatoes. I also add a little jarred marinara (Bertoli) to add some more moisture.
Once pasta is done, drain it, put into dish, then add the spinach and tomatoes on top! Sprinkle on some parmesan, and you have a light & healthy, but filling, meal. YUM :)
