Vegan Churros with Orange-Spiced Hot Chocolate Dip

To anybody who is confused as to what a churro is, it’s essentially a Spanish doughnut-type pastry, except it doesn’t contain eggs- ever better! This is basically a recipe for sugar-coated, fried doughnut sticks, with a creamy melted chocolate-orange sauce. That even looks delicious written down.
I apologise for living vicariously through my sickeningly high-calorie recipe...

Homemade cream soup

I have quite a few recipes that call for cream soup (cream of chicken, cream of celery, cream of mushroom)
I don’t like them, obviously the chicken is not cool, but also salt, preservatives, etc. They are also kinda expensive for what it is.
So anyway, I decided I needed to make a homemade variety.
It turned out pretty good.
